With results in up to 40 minutes, this groundbreaking technology allows you to receive on the spot diagnosis of endometriosis.
This journey began when Nick Morris who has dedicated his career to women’s health and wellbeing sourced a rapid endometriosis screening test.
Nick Morris has spent decades witnessing the challenges and frustrations faced by women suffering from endometriosis. Traditional diagnostic methods, often involving invasive procedures and prolonged waiting times, left many patients in pain and uncertainty.
His concern for these women and a desire to improve their quality of life led to this rapid test, called Endosure, which will revolutionise endometriosis diagnosis.
This advanced technology offers a non-invasive, quick, and highly accurate method for detecting endometriosis and assessing its severity within just 40 minutes. Results available the same day or within 24 hours.
Endometriosis is an inflammatory condition where endometrial tissue produces various inflammatory mediators, including the potent prostaglandins PGE2 and PGF-2𝛼.
Prostaglandins are absorbed into the bloodstream and circulate throughout the body, exerting their effects on various tissues. These mediators directly impact the small bowel, regardless of the location of the endometriosis, causing recognizable changes in the gut’s electrical signals.
EndoSure’s use of a tricorder utilises unique technology to record electrical signals from the muscles of the small intestine. It generates a trace known as an EVG, or electroviscerogram, very similar to an ECG, or electrocardiogram, used to assess cardiac wellbeing. The prostaglandins PGE-2 and PGF-2𝛼 are known to cause changes in intestinal motility, resulting in altered electrical activity.
The Endosure tricorder will detect the electrical activity, decodes it, and converts it into a visible trace with a unique fingerprint characteristic of endometriosis. It utilizes sophisticated AI clinical decision support software to diagnose endometriosis based on these myo-electric signals.
A 40-minute recording of intestinal myo-electrical pulses using Endosure after drinking a large glass of water is all that’s needed to establish the diagnosis.
It provides a 95% prediction of correctly confirming that you have endometriosis.
Traditionally, endometriosis testing is extremely hard to diagnose, you may need a Laparoscopy, which is invasive, lengthy, complicated etc. With our new technology we can offer a more accurate diagnosis of endometriosis in just 30 minutes, with a non-invasive procedure.
This test can support can accurate diagnosis to 98-99% confidence, according to published data by the body that have established this machine. There were no false negatives in a test of over 90 women.
The test is not painful. It is quick, non invasive and your dignity is left in tact.
It is most likely to be a submucous fibroid, and this will need resection.
Our Endometriosis test can determine a diagnosis of endometriosis, but also to what extent. Following on from your diagnosis, we would recommend an initial consultation with Dr. Morris to discuss your next steps. Dr. Morris will tailor a specific plan for you based on your personal circumstances and results.
